Nicola’s - Let's Do Trivia Blurb - 3/3/26

Nicola's: Holding steady with a dozen teams weekly diving into our game. Happy Locals nabbed the OTB extra point and got off to an excellent start. It was a fun game and a super close match with several teams vying for the lead. *draw a picture of a slinky on the (3/10/26) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At Halftime, Damn Yankees and Greying Personalities shared the top spot over a 3-way tie between Amish Outlaws, Landing Crew and Blame It On The Alcohol. The top 5 teams covered by a single point! Yeah, that's super-close. The second half did well to break up all the tied scores and separate the standings, while Dr. Zoom put in and excellent performance to claw their way up the roster. Going into the Final Bonus, Amish Outlaws held a narrow lead over Damn Yankees, Dr. Zoom, Blame It On The Alcohol and Landing Crew. Nicola’s - Let's Do Trivia Blurb - 2/17/26

Nicola's: We had a packed house with over a dozen teams for this week's game. If This Was Strip Poker were first out of the gate, taking the OTB extra point and getting off to a strong start. It was a close match, with over a half dozen teams all in the running for the top spot throughout the early rounds. *draw a picture of the Olympic Rings on the (2/24/26) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At the halfway mark, Boli Express were on top of the pile, closely followed by a tie between Johnny Weir's Biggest Fans and Double D, then another tie between If This Was Strip Poker and One Dad Army. This was a super close game. Boli Express fell off the pace midway through the second half, allowing several teams to sweep past. Going into the Final Bonus, Johnny Weir's Biggest Fans and Double D shared the lead over Blame It On The Alcohol, Boli Express, then a tie between Off Center and Happy Locals. Nicola’s - Let's Do Trivia Blurb - 2/10/26 *Inflated Prize Alert*

Nicola's: Things are beginning to thaw out, and so we had an excellent group of teams make their way to this week's game. Dr. Zoom nabbed the OTB extra point and got off to a strong start, Off Center and Landing Crew who would quickly become the top contenders in the early rounds. *draw a picture of Cupid's arrow on the (2/17/26) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At Halftime, Landing Crew held the top spot over a tie between Off Center and Dr. Zoom, closely followed by a 3-way tie between Blame It On The Alcohol, Boli Express and Bad Monkees. Landing Crew were able to maintain their pace, and the second half did well to break up all the tie scores. Landing Crew extended their lead over Off Center, Bad Monkees, Boli Express and Dr. Zoom as we entered the Final Bonus. *Inflated Prize Alert* A few teams correctly answered the Final Bonus, and the house team scored the win, so our next winner will have an inflated prize! Nicola's: Nearly a dozen teams braved the brisk conditions to play our game. If This Was Strip Poker snagged the OTB extra point, then put on a clinic throughout the first half, running the table. *draw a picture of the Lombardi Trophy on the (2/10/26) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At the halfway mark, If This Was Strip Poker were holding a maximum possible points perfect halftime score! They were trailed by Landing Crew, then a tie between Boli Express and Blame It On The Alcohol, then Damn Yankees. If This Was Strip Poker were unable to maintain they're flawless run over the later rounds, but were still able to extend their lead over Damn Yankees, Landing Crew, Blame It On The Alcohol, then a tie between Off Center and Happy Locals as we entered the  Final Bonus. Nicola’s - Let's Do Trivia Blurb - 1/27/26 *Inflated Prize Alert*

Nicola's: A great group of teams dug their way out to make it to this week's game. Salty Dogs got the early break, taking the OTB extra point and running at the front of the pack, with Boli Express and Landing Crew challenging throughout the first half. *draw a picture of Punxsutawney Phil on the (2/3/26) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At Halftime, Boli Express held the top spot over Stephen Hawking's School of Dance, Salty Dogs, Landing Crew and Damn Yankees. Blame It On The Alcohol came on strong in the second half, running the table with a perfect 2nd half score. However, Boli Express was able to not only maintain their lead, but extended it as we entered the Final Bonus. Nicola's: We had a packed house with yet again another baker's dozen of fantastic teams. Boli Express nabbed the OTB extra point to get the early jump, but unfortunately stumbled midway through the half, allowing the rest of the field to move past. It was a close match, with no clear favorite appearing. *draw a picture of Halite on the (1/27/26) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At the halfway mark, Off Center, Monroe Doctor-In and Blame It On The Alcohol were all locked in a 3-way tie for the lead over Four Pack and That's What She Said. A very close match indeed. The second half did well to break up the tied scores and spread out the competition.
