Nicola’s - Let's Do Trivia Blurb - 1/27/26 *Inflated Prize Alert*

Nicola's: A great group of teams dug their way out to make it to this week's game. Salty Dogs got the early break, taking the OTB extra point and running at the front of the pack, with Boli Express and Landing Crew challenging throughout the first half. *draw a picture of Punxsutawney Phil on the (2/3/26) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At Halftime, Boli Express held the top spot over Stephen Hawking's School of Dance, Salty Dogs, Landing Crew and Damn Yankees. Blame It On The Alcohol came on strong in the second half, running the table with a perfect 2nd half score. However, Boli Express was able to not only maintain their lead, but extended it as we entered the Final Bonus. They were trailed by a 3-way tie between Blame It On The Alcohol, Damn Yankees and Stephen Hawking's School of Dance, then Off Center.

Only one team correctly answered the Final Bonus, but didn't wager any points. And the house team scored the top prize, so our next winner will have an inflated bonus!

Nicola's: It was a packed house for this week's game. Harvo, Speed Bumps and Dr. Zoom all won OTB extra points for their responses to get the ball rolling. Nicola's: Our summer hiatus has ended and we had a dozen teams filled with plenty of familiar faces join our game. Handful of Johnsons snagged the OTB extra point and got off to an excellent start, running at the front of the pack over the early rounds. *draw a picture of a glowing cowboy on the (9/23/25) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At Halftime, we had a tie for the lead between If This Was Strip Poker We'd Be Naked and Big Dave, closely followed by Blame It On The Alcohol, Happy Locals and Off Center. The second half spread out the field just a bit. Going into the Final Bonus, If This Was Strip Poker We'd Be Naked still held the top spot followed by a tie between Off Center and Happy Locals, then Blame It On The Alcohol and The Boli Express. Nicola’s - Let's Do Trivia Blurb - 10/7/25 *Inflated Prize Alert*

Nicola's: Another fun group of teams joined our game this week. The Boli Express snagged the OTB extra point to get the early jump out of the gates. It was a challenging game, with The Boli Express and Blame It On The Alcohol running neck-n-neck at the front throughout the first half. *draw a picture of Betelgeuse on the (10/14/25) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At the halfway mark, The Boli Express held a slim lead over Landing Crew, Blame It On The Alcohol, Kickin' Assets and Off Center. The Boli Express slipped just a bit midway through the second half, allowing Landing Crew to move into the top spot. Going into the Final Bonus, Landing Crew were just ahead of a tie between Blame It On The Alcohol and The Boli Express, then Kickin' Assets and Off Center.
