Nicola’s - Let's Do Trivia Blurb - 9/23/25

Nicola's: It was a beautiful evening for a game of trivia, and we had a great crowd make their way out to our game. Landing Crew nabbed the OTB extra point to get the early jump on the competition and ran at the front over much of the first half. *draw a picture of an apple on the (9/30/25) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* The Halftime Bonus only benefited a few teams, having only five correct responses from the entire field. At the halfway mark, Blame It On The Four Of Us held a narrow lead over Off Center, Landing Crew, then a tie between Soloists and Boli Express. Off Center and Soloists both had strong performances during the second half, climbing the roster. Going into the Final Bonus, Off Center held the lead over Soloists, followed by a tie between Blame It On The Four Of Us and Landing Crew, then Boli Express.

Nobody correctly answered the Final Bonus.

Nicola's: Our summer hiatus has ended and we had a dozen teams filled with plenty of familiar faces join our game. Nicola's: It was a packed house for this week's game. Harvo, Speed Bumps and Dr. Zoom all won OTB extra points for their responses to get the ball rolling. It was a close, competitive match, with several teams vying for the top spot throughout the first half. *draw a picture of a jack o'lantern on the (11/4/25) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At Halftime, Midnight Meat Train and Speed Bumps shared the top spot over If This Was Strip Poker We'd Be Naked, P&J, then a tie between Landing Crew and Blame It On The Alcohol. The second half really shook up the running order, while Graying Personalities put in the strongest performance. Going into the Final Bonus, P&J held the lead aheqad of Speed Bumps, Blame It On The Alcohol, then a tie between Midnight Meat Train and Graying Personalities. Nicola’s - Let's Do Trivia Blurb - 10/7/25 *Inflated Prize Alert*

Nicola's: Another fun group of teams joined our game this week. The Boli Express snagged the OTB extra point to get the early jump out of the gates. It was a challenging game, with The Boli Express and Blame It On The Alcohol running neck-n-neck at the front throughout the first half. *draw a picture of Betelgeuse on the (10/14/25) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At the halfway mark, The Boli Express held a slim lead over Landing Crew, Blame It On The Alcohol, Kickin' Assets and Off Center. The Boli Express slipped just a bit midway through the second half, allowing Landing Crew to move into the top spot. Going into the Final Bonus, Landing Crew were just ahead of a tie between Blame It On The Alcohol and The Boli Express, then Kickin' Assets and Off Center.
