Nicola Pizza!-Let's Do Trivia!-5/26/25!

It was a lively Tuesday night at Nicola Pizza for another exciting round of Let's Do Trivia! Twelve spirited teams brought their A-game, but only one could take home the top prize. Early on, Happy Locals took the lead, but Off Center and Five Cabbages weren't far behind. At halftime, Off Center surged ahead with 43 points, narrowly edging out Five Cabbages (42) and Happy Locals (40).

The second half saw a dramatic shift as Five Cabbages delivered a powerhouse performance, climbing to 74 points. Off Center held strong with 73, while The Boli Express and Happy Locals made big pushes.

But the final twist? Dazed and Confused, sitting in 11th place at halftime, staged an epic comeback to snatch first place with 77 points, winning the $50 top prize! Off Center and Five Cabbages tied at 73, with Off Center grabbing the $20 prize in the tiebreaker. The Boli Express and Pop and Dom rounded out the top five.

Other teams like Just the Two of Us, Landing Crew, and 5 Gals and a Guy held their own, while Big Cookie and Springleaf Detective Agency kept things fun until the end.

Nicola's: It was a packed house for this week's game. Harvo, Speed Bumps and Dr. Zoom all won OTB extra points for their responses to get the ball rolling. It was a close, competitive match, with several teams vying for the top spot throughout the first half. *draw a picture of a jack o'lantern on the (11/4/25) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At Halftime, Midnight Meat Train and Speed Bumps shared the top spot over If This Was Strip Poker We'd Be Naked, P&J, then a tie between Landing Crew and Blame It On The Alcohol. Nicola's: Another fun group of teams joined our game this week. The Boli Express snagged the OTB extra point to get the early jump out of the gates. It was a challenging game, with The Boli Express and Blame It On The Alcohol running neck-n-neck at the front throughout the first half. *draw a picture of Betelgeuse on the (10/14/25) Round 2/Question 1 response for bonus points* At the halfway mark, The Boli Express held a slim lead over Landing Crew, Blame It On The Alcohol, Kickin' Assets and Off Center. The Boli Express slipped just a bit midway through the second half, allowing Landing Crew to move into the top spot. Going into the Final Bonus, Landing Crew were just ahead of a tie between Blame It On The Alcohol and The Boli Express, then Kickin' Assets and Off Center.
